In this workshop, participants will learn the three step process to winning government contracts: certifications, marketing and contracts

• Learn which MWSBE government certifications are most relevant for their business,

• Learn how to obtain and leverage certifications and learn the difference between Local, State, and Federal and Private Sector certifications

• Marketing- How to position their business to win government contracts by Writing a Compelling and Effective Capability Statement.

• Contracts: Where to find Bids/RFPs and how to write winning government proposals.

• Understand the difference between different types of contract vehicles (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and understand what is required for winning contracts.

• We will walk through real life RFPs examples and participants will receive access to winning proposal templates.
